Mr. Cliff Tshibungu, also known as Corporal (Cpl) Tshibungu in the Canadian Armed Forces. He was born in Kinshasa Congo before moving to Canada at a young age. Mr. Tshibungu, who was once homeless, has now accomplished things beyond his
imagination and is grateful for the position he is in as a proud member of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and Military Police (MP) Branch at Base Gagetown.
